The University of Bristol Law Club
The UBLC is the largest & official society of the University of Bristol Law School. After being founded in 1937, this year we are celebrating our 88th anniversary. At present, we have grown to over 1000 members and we aim to keep expanding our membership so that our opportunities can be enjoyed by as many University of Bristol students as possible.
The UBLC operates with the aim of providing our members with the skills and opportunities to help make their career aspirations become a reality.
Open to students of all academic disciplines, the UBLC provides invaluable exposure to the legal sector through our strong and long-maintained relationships with leading global firms. Their sponsored events enable our members to engage with employers through career presentations, employability workshops, annual competitions and social networking events.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT:
I am honoured to write this as the newly elected President of the University of Bristol Law Club, the Law School’s official and largest society. This prestigious society, composed of motivated students, and supported by a diverse network of law firms, alumni, and legal professionals, has always been at the forefront of legal education and networking at our university.
In an era where technology and rising expectations are reshaping legal practice, feeling supported and remaining adaptable proves to be a pertinent priority. As such, my focus as President is to foster a UBLC community where students are able to rely on and interact with likeminded peers to navigate through this legal journey together. We seek to actively facilitate discourses on legal issues, consolidating the wealth of knowledge from our members, alumni, and our wider network, to best nurture our members for their future endeavours.
To our esteemed partners in law firms and the wider legal profession, we thank you for your support and look forward to strengthening our ties and collaboration. Your insights and commitment are invaluable for our members and contribute significantly to the tapestry of knowledge we aim to provide.
