The UBLC’s Diversity Pledge

Two principles which are incredibly important to us as a society are diversity and inclusion. This year at the UBLC we have decided to adapt our approach to D&I, and we are doing that through our newly developed diversity and inclusion assessments. 

The process of putting these words into action is laid out below, followed by the D&I assessments.
