Anthony's Story
I am a Final year student reading for the LL.B. The U.B.L.C. is a valuable resource for students interested in a legal career. Besides regular updates on news, networking events and work opportunities, the Club organises mooting and many other extracurricular activities where one can grow and socialise with peers. My experience as a Kenyan student has generally been a positive one, well improved by diversity events held by the Club. Through the Law School, BME students have been able to attend insightful conferences on relevant legal issues within the diaspora. Commendably, the Faculty is also developing a more pluralistic curriculum on the intersection of law and race which will encourage necessary learning and discourse concerning current global issues.'
